IMPORTANT: Please read this disclaimer carefully before using any services, products, or tokens associated with Prism. By accessing or using the Prism platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. Experimental & Testing Nature

Prism is an experimental project currently in active development and testing phases. The platform, its AI engine, trading algorithms, smart contracts, and all associated components are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

• The AI trading system is undergoing continuous iteration and may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviors
• Model outputs, predictions, and trading signals are generated by machine learning algorithms and should not be considered financial advice
• Feature availability, performance, and reliability may vary and are subject to change without prior notice
• Smart contracts, while audited to the best of our ability, may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities

2. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

By accessing, interacting with, or using any part of the Prism ecosystem — including but not limited to the AI assistant, automated trading features, $PRISM token, staking mechanisms, and any associated smart contracts — you are voluntarily choosing to participate at your own risk.

Your participation constitutes your explicit acknowledgment and acceptance that:

• You are solely responsible for your own investment and trading decisions
• You have conducted your own independent research and due diligence
• You understand the inherent risks of cryptocurrency trading, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain technology
• You are not relying on Prism, its team, contributors, or AI outputs as the sole basis for any financial decision
• You have the financial capacity to bear the complete loss of any funds committed to the platform

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing contained on the Prism platform, in its documentation, on its social media channels, in community groups, or communicated by the AI assistant constitutes:

• Investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice
• A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any cryptocurrency or digital asset
• A guarantee or promise of any particular financial outcome or return

The AI-generated analysis, market insights, risk assessments, and trade suggestions are algorithmic outputs produced by machine learning models trained on historical data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably.

4. Loss of Funds

Cryptocurrency trading and DeFi participation carry significant financial risks, including but not limited to:

• Total Loss of Investment: You may lose the entire value of your investment. AI-assisted trading does not eliminate this risk.
• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Prices can drop dramatically within minutes.
• Smart Contract Risk: Despite security measures, smart contracts may be exploited, resulting in partial or total loss of deposited funds.
• Impermanent Loss: Providing liquidity may result in impermanent loss due to price divergence.
• Network Risks: BNB Smart Chain congestion, outages, or attacks may prevent timely trade execution.
• Liquidation Risk: Leveraged positions or time-sensitive operations may result in forced liquidation under adverse conditions.
• Regulatory Risk: Changes in regulations or enforcement actions in your jurisdiction may affect your ability to use the platform or the value of your holdings.

Any and all financial losses incurred through your use of the Prism platform are entirely your own responsibility. The Prism team, its developers, contributors, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

Prism makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI analysis and trading signals
• The continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the platform
• The security or integrity of smart contracts and on-chain operations
• Any specific level of performance, profitability, or return on investment
• The fitness of the platform for any particular purpose
• The future development, maintenance, or availability of any feature or service

6. Restricted Jurisdictions

Prism is not available to persons or entities located in, incorporated in, or residents of the following jurisdictions ("Restricted Jurisdictions"). By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any of the restrictions below.

6.1 Sanctioned Countries & Territories

The following jurisdictions are subject to comprehensive international sanctions. Prism strictly prohibits any access, use, or participation from:

• United States of America — including all 50 states and all U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands)
• People's Republic of China (mainland China)
• Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea)
• Islamic Republic of Iran
• Syria
• Cuba
• Afghanistan
• Russia
• Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions (disputed territories under international sanctions)
• Myanmar (Burma)
• South Sudan
• Belarus

6.2 Countries with Cryptocurrency Bans or Severe Restrictions

The following jurisdictions maintain national-level prohibitions or severe restrictions on cryptocurrency trading, holding, or usage:

• Algeria
• Bangladesh
• Bolivia
• Egypt
• Iraq
• Morocco
• Nepal
• Pakistan
• Qatar
• Tunisia
• Vietnam

6.3 Additional Restrictions

• Persons or entities on any OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, EU Consolidated Sanctions List, UN Security Council Sanctions List, or equivalent sanctions lists of any jurisdiction
• Any individual or entity subject to trade embargoes or asset freezing measures
• Persons acting on behalf of or for the benefit of persons in Restricted Jurisdictions

6.4 Your Responsibility

• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of Prism complies with the laws of your jurisdiction
• Prism reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice
• Circumventing geographic restrictions (e.g., through VPN or proxy services) does not constitute compliance and remains a violation of these terms
• Prism shall bear no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the platform in violation of local laws or these restrictions

7. Compliance & Tax Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to report and pay any taxes or duties that may arise from your trading activities
• By using Prism, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are not barred from accessing financial services

8. Third-Party Risks

Prism integrates with and relies on third-party services and protocols, including but not limited to:

• BNB Smart Chain network and its validators
• Decentralized exchanges (DEXs) for trade execution
• Wallet providers (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.)
• Price oracle feeds and data providers
• OpenClaw protocol for automated execution

Prism has no control over these third-party services and assumes no responsibility for their availability, performance, security, or any losses resulting from their failure or malfunction.

9. Token Disclaimer

The $PRISM token is a utility token designed for platform access and ecosystem participation. It is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument of any kind.

• Token value may fluctuate significantly and may go to zero
• Purchasing or holding $PRISM tokens does not grant equity, ownership, dividends, or any claim on profits
• The token's utility features are subject to change as the platform evolves
• Tax obligations related to token transactions are the sole responsibility of the holder

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Prism team, its founders, developers, contributors, advisors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the platform
• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and whether or not the team has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the Prism team exceed the amount you directly paid to the platform (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

By using Prism, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Prism team and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform
• Your violation of this disclaimer or any applicable law
• Your trading activities and their outcomes
• Any dispute between you and any third party related to the platform

12. Modifications

Prism reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this disclaimer at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available in this documentation. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
