Emergency Pause
If the treasury hits its 15% drawdown limit:
- All active strategies are paused
- Positions are gradually unwound
- Review period before resumption
- Community notified via all channels
Future Governance
As the ecosystem matures:

- Strategy allocation proposals via governance
- Community-proposed strategy additions
